Brief Bio: Marcy Drucker currently teaches American Literature and AP Literature at Burbank High School in Burbank, California where she has taught for the past 18 years. She received her bachelors from UCLA and her masters from University of Michigan.
Her College Board affiliated professional experience includes:
- Teaching AP Literature and AP Language courses for the past 15 years.
- Reading the AP Literature exam - six years.
- Conducting AP Workshops - five years.
- Teaching an AP Institute at Montana State University - 2001.
She is especially proud of:
- City of Los Angeles Most Inspirational Teacher Award - 2000.
- Creating a web page (amdruck.com) to share materials, lessons, and techniques with students and Workshop and Institute teachers.
- Golden State Exam - Table Leader for test construction.
- Presenting at a California Association of Teachers of English convention.
- Writing curriculum in English and Reading for my district.
She gets enthused about:
- Spending time with her family.

- Riding her Tennessee Walker, Isis.
